What is Full Fat Yogurt?

A silky, creamy alternative to homogenized, reduced-fat and skim options, full fat yogurt is made from whole milk – the way nature intended.

We use non-homogenized milk from grass-fed family farms that’s nutrient-dense and full of good fats. 

You might even see a layer of cream on top, a sign that your yogurt is the real deal. 

And unlike some other brands, our yogurt isn’t overly sour. We originally developed our classic yogurts with our own kids as taste testers, ensuring a balance of flavour and nutrition we could be proud to share with families across Canada.

Absolutely! Our full fat yogurt supports nutrient absorption and long-lasting, natural energy. Plus, we make our yogurts with grass-fed whole milk and no additives, making it a nourishing choice for kids and adults.

They sure can; it’s often recommended, especially during the weaning phase. The proteins are good for babies’ development, and parents also love our gelatin-free approach. 

We recommend our Plain Cream Top Yogurt and Natural Greek Yogurt as they have no sugar added. Plus, these yogurts provide a balance of nutrients like calcium and fat, which supports growing brains and bodies.
