Our Grass-fed Commitment

Posted on

We take pride in working with farmers who share our passion for health and land stewardship.

That’s why we take the time to get to know our farmers and learn about their farming practices. As artisans, we choose milk from farms that provide their cows with open access to pasture between April and October and a year-round diet based on fresh, dried and fermented grass. Stewardship of pastureland with grass and forage crops is an important part of maintaining soil ecology, biodiversity and habitat for wildlife.

We are proud to source our milk locally and are committed to using only 100% fresh, whole milk from cows that eat a grass-based diet. We do not use any foreign milk powders and guarantee that our product is free from antibiotics and growth hormones.
